Are you an employer looking to develop your new workforce’s training and experience?
Connect with job candidates and receive assistance with recruitment through the Conestoga community and access training as part of the onboarding process. As a partnering employer, you’ll receive $500 per trainee for onboarding expenses and a $1000 preceptorship stipend.
Students will develop a clear understanding of their role as a member of the home health-care team and how they can add value to the health-care system and positively influence the lives of others. Upon completion of Conestoga's Supportive Care training, students will complete practicums with your business and continue as your employee once they have completed the program.
