The curriculum is aimed to enhance the professional understanding of a certain field. The 'Managing Strategic Change' module, in particular, delves into both strategic challenges and change processes, as well as the business tools, strategies, and concepts used to scan the corporate environment for prospective changes. The Research Methods module covers topics such as research methodology, creating and arranging a research project, data gathering, analysis, and presenting of research results. After successfully completing the taught modules, students will complete a dissertation on a topic of strategic importance to organisations.
