Program Overview

Description

In 2018, the European eSports market has generated revenues of about 240 million Euro. By 2023, an annual increase of 23 percent to EUR 670 million is expected (Deloitte 2019, study on the European eSports market). This economic growth will turn the industry into a real job engine, as there is an increasing demand for trained specialists.

With the specialization "eSports Studies", you will receive additional training tailored to future jobs in the eSports sector.

Starting semesters:

Winter semester on the basis of one of the following Bachelor programs:

  • Digital Media & Marketing (B.Sc.)
  • Digital Business & Data Science (B.Sc.)
  • Game Design (B.A.)
  • Sports & Event Management (B.Sc.)

Specialisation: eSports Studies

  • English (Berlin, Hamburg, Iserlohn)
  • Winter semester: September
  • Summer semester: March

Tuition fee:

EU and Non-EU applicants: € 125 monthly (in addition to study programme fees)
