What you'll learn
With a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology and Human Resource Management, you will become essential for growth-oriented companies. You will be able to skilfully combine your psychological understanding with business factors to advise in a wide range of fields.
In our Business Psychology programme, we focus on the essential areas of personnel, organisational and industrial psychology and expand your knowledge of business administration and labour law. You will acquire competencies for various areas such as human resources, organisational consulting and development, coaching & training, market research and advertising research.
The linking of theory and practice is particularly important to us: a compulsory integrated practical semester is on the programme for you in the 4th semester and is closely supervised by our professors.
With freely selectable specialisations and focus profiles, we enable you to shape your studies even more individually. For example, with an additional certificate.
